General ProcessWhen entering in an agreement for an art piece, please consider the following
The average time to completion of a project is five days. If it is expected to take longer than five days, communication of such will be made. Delays may occur if edits or finalization of a sketch are not approved promptly by the commissioner.
When your piece is being worked on, communication regarding the progress of the piece will provided at least once every 48 hours or when additional information or approvals is needed.
You will be able to request three edits to the sketch. During rending two Minimal edits can be requested.
If a reference sheet is being commissioned, additional edits can be made during the sketch and rendering process.PaymentPrices will be quoted in Euros. Please be mindful of the current exchange rate when considering a commission.
The price will be estimated before the sketch is started.
Payment to the artist is expected after the sketch has been approved by the commissioner.
Once the sketch is approved, an invoice for the full amount of the agreed upon price will be sent digitally. This will require a valid email address associated to a PayPal account.
Payment should be made through an approved payment processor. Currently PayPal is accepted as a payment processor through the use of its invoice system. This system requires a valid email address associated to a PayPal account.
If you wish to cancel after payment has been made, 50% of the cost will be refunded.
If the piece will not be able to be completed due to the artist a full refund will be provided.Use of the imageArt created is not for commercial reuse and distribution. ie selling prints, sitckers, mugs or other similar mass duplication of the art. Making a print for yourself or an SO is not considered commercial reuse.
The artist will reserve the right to use the completed piece and its sketch as examples of their work. This may include but is not limited to maintaining a copy of the piece on their Deviantart or other image sharing platforms, including the image in their 'card'.
The purchaser will be able to repost the image to their social media accounts with credit to the artists as well as at least one link to the artist's public profiles.
If the image's file is lost, destroyed or corrupted, please feel free to reach out for a new copy. The original files will be maintained by the artist to the best of their abilities.
